Terry Lancaster has had a long career as an author, speaker, and entrepreneur. Now with the release of Here Come the Nothing Heads, he's a poet-philosopher too. (He says he also makes a pretty mean chocolate cobbler.) He has worked with thousands of small businesses offering proven marketing strategies that put the right words in the right order to tell the right story and make the cash register ring. Now he is bringing all his activities together under The Coalition for Human Kindness. We talked with him about how he got started in sales, a sales manager that pointed him in the direction of cultivating genuine relationships, his refinement from a 17-point life purpose distilled down to two words, the influence of the ancient book of wisdom The Tao Te Ching, and his mission to benefit the world.
